Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Monday assured Dutch firms that Viet Nam was making a concerted effort to build a development-facilitating, transparent government, and favourable conditions for businesses.
The Damen Group from the Netherlands and the local Song Thu Shipyard
Corporation have begun building two stan patrol ships, SPA 5009, for
export to Venezuela.
Well-known shipbuilding firm Damen of the Netherlands is expected to buy
a 49 per cent stake in the Ha Long shipbuilding company, the
Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC) said.
The Song Thu shipyard, in cooperation with the Damen Group from the
Netherlands, has launched a patrol vessel following a contract with the
Military Logistics Department.
